RESUMPTION OF HEALTH SERVICES, Circuit Breaker (CB) Phase 2

RESUMPTION OF HEALTH SERVICES
Circuit Breaker (CB) Phase 2
(from 19th June 2020)

In Phase Two, our clinics will resume all healthcare services. This includes consultations for all medical conditions, general health screenings, all vaccinations, recommended chronic disease and cancer screening under the Screen For Life (SFL) programme, statutory medical examinations and pre-employment medical screening.

Safe distancing and safe management measures will continue to be enforced. These measures include:

a) The use of SafeEntry to monitor entry and exit and Patient Risk Profile Portal for health declarations before consultations.

b) In common areas such as waiting areas, registration areas and dispensary/payment counters, all patients and visitors should keep a distance of at least 1 metre apart from one another.

c) The number of accompanying persons should be kept to a minimum and everyone should wear a mask. Patients may continue to be accompanied by 1 person as far as possible. This will reduce crowding at the clinic waiting areas. Patients should consult with the doctor alone if possible.

We look forward to serve you and your family's medical needs again. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
